Dr Ahmad Ali

Dr Ahmad Ali is presently working in the Department of Life Sciences, University of Mumbai since 2012. He is involved in teaching post-graduates and training doctoral students. His area of interest is in the field of non-enzymatic glycosylation also know as glycation. He has published several papers on the characterization of glycation of protiens and DNA by sugars.
His doctoral thesis was on understanding the regulation of nitrate assimilation in plants especially rice and Spirulina.
